My GPU is stuck?! Can't push the PCIe tab lever down no matter

I've recently updated BIOS to 1302 because GPU was running at x8 in the PCIEX16_1 slot After update BIOS, GPU-Z and CPU-Z all still show that it runs PCI-E

gpu expansion slot I use a bamboo or wooden chopstick to push down the latch on the slot AFAIK, I think some newer boards already have re-designed PCIE slot latch
